Your dedicated advisor is your first point of contact for any questions or concerns about UF’s policies or requirements.

Use the tool below to locate your UF Online advisor’s contact information and schedule an appointment. If you are a PaCE student, please visit the PaCE Advisors page.

When scheduling an appointment with your academic advisor, be sure to select “UF online only Advising appointment – UF EMAIL ONLY”.

 Incoming Students

Please do not schedule an appointment with your advisor. Instead, you will attend a virtual College of Nursing Orientation session in Canvas. Prior to the start of your first term, you will receive additional information about this orientation session from your academic advisor, Katriana.

For Incoming UF Online Business Majors

In addition to UF Links, you must complete the Heavener Online Welcome (HOW) business orientation. If you haven’t already, be sure to review our orientation checklist. A component of the HOW is a required advising/registration meeting—you’ll attend this meeting instead of scheduling an appointment with your advisor. Students will be added to the orientation module and notified via email:

  • If you’re starting in the spring, you’ll be added in mid-November
  • If you’re starting in the summer, you’ll be added in late March
  • If you’re starting in the fall, you’ll be added in early July
  • If you have trouble finding the advising meeting dates and times, look under Step 2 on the Finish Prepping for Registration page (after you’re added to the module).

When the module is ready, your advisor will email you with an invitation to start it. We realize students may worry about being able to get the courses they need, but we want to assure you that you will. In fact, all tracking courses and 80% of our upper division business courses have unlimited seating, so you’re not in danger of missing out!  We promise!  Should you have trouble accessing the HOW, please email online.business.degree@warrington.ufl.edu.

To personalize your experience, business majors are assigned to an advisor based on the first letter of their last name:
